The chronicle says that the hotel was built in 1892 but accordingly to records in a book of property it was
bought later and finished in 1902. The owner was Franz Rabenstraif, the receptionist in a hotel Krone in Děčín,
(now Koruna).
The object was put in auction in 1907. It was bought by Děčínská spořitelna, which became a lessor of the hotel.
After WWI the tourism began to develop more and more.
Alfonz Tritschnel was the one who purchased the hotel from Spořitelna on January 19, 1929. Since then the hotel had been
rebuilt three times. This owner ran the hotel until 1945. On November 11, 1945 was hotel assumed by Ministry of the interior
and barracks were established instead for frontier guards.
